By accessing and using FullDevKit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FullDevKit provides free, browser-based developer utilities including but not limited to: JSON formatters, XML validators, Base64 encoders, regex testers, epoch converters, QR code generators, and related tools. All tools are provided free of charge and process data entirely client-side.
3. Tools Provided "As-Is"
All tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranty that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific purpose. Always verify critical outputs independently before using them in production environments.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use FullDevKit only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Service to process, store, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others. While all processing is client-side, you remain responsible for the data you work with.
5. Intellectual Property
The FullDevKit website, including its design, code, and content (excluding user-provided data), is the property of FullDevKit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our code without prior written permission.
6. Advertisements
FullDevKit is supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertisements are clearly marked and are never placed inside tool panels. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you may be shown advertisements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FullDevKit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
